How do I sign up?

Registration is quick and easy. You can register or log in at the top right hand side of our webpage, just enter your details and if you would like to sign up to our daily mailing list, tick your location box.

How do I view deals from my location?

At the top left-hand side of the website, there is a choose location tab. Please select either Jersey or Guernsey, you will then be able to view all the deals from your location.

How do I buy a deal?

Simply click ‘BUY’ on the Deal you are interested in before it expires. Once added to your shopping cart, you will be able to checkout using our secure payment processor. You will then receive a printable voucher which you will be able to redeem with the local business who supplied it.

Can I receive emails showing the latest deals?

Yes, upon registering if you tick one of the location boxes, either Jersey or Guernsey, you will be added to our mailing list. Alternatively, if you are visiting the site for the first time, you will see a pop-up banner, enter your name, location and email and we will automatically sign you up.

What if I am unhappy with my product/service?

Please contact the merchant (business) who supplied the deal.

They should be able to resolve your query. If not, please email us at contact@cideals.com and we will do our best to sort the issue out.

Can I purchase more than one deal?

Yes, you can buy as many deals as you like, unless the deal specifically states one voucher per customer only.

If I buy a deal, how will I receive it?

If the deal is provided by a local business, you will need to take your voucher to the local business in order to redeem it. Please remember to print your voucher or have it on your mobile to clearly show you have purchased a deal through our website.

How do I pay for my deal?

Through our website we have a secure payment gateway, you can pay by credit or debit card using a secure server.

Do I have to print my voucher?

No, our site is mobile friendly so you can just display the voucher on your mobile phone/device at the point of sale. Using your account at the top of our website log into your account and you will see a list of your purchased deals.

How long is my voucher valid for?

The expiry date will be clearly shown on the deal and your voucher which can be accessed via your account.

My deal has expired – can I get a refund?

No. Expiry dates are clearly shown and the voucher must be used before it expires.

Can I share a deal for my friends to see?

Yes, on each deal there is a ‘share this deal’ section. Click on the icon of the service you would like to share the deal on, Facebook, twitter, email etc.

If I require any more information on a deal, what should I do?

A deal I wanted to buy has expired, what shall I do?

At the bottom of the webpage there is the last chance section, please check in here to see if the deal is still available. If not, please get in contact at contact@cideals.com and we will do our best to see if we can help you.

Business FAQs

How much does it cost for me to list a deal on your website?

Nothing. It’s completely free. You will only be charged a standard fee from our payment provider. The charge for this is 1.4% per transaction.

Can I list multiple deals?

Yes, if you want to promote multiple deals this is fine.

How do I receive my money?

Once your deal has ended, within 5 working days, we will contact you to arrange payment of all funds (minus the payment providers charge of 1.4 % per transaction).

How is the service free?

We are committed to providing the best possible deals at the best prices for our registered members.

Can I limit how many vouchers are sold?

Yes.  Let us know how many vouchers you would like to sell.  Once that limit is reached, we will end the deal.

How do I get my deal on your site?

Please contact us at contact@cideals.com providing us with some details of the deal you want to offer. We will then contact you to finalise your deal.

What are your requirements for our deal?

Your deal must be genuine and be of a significant discount when compared to its original value.  You must provide a good deal and support to the consumer who has purchased your voucher.

Can I advertise on your website?

Yes, we have three advertising slots on our website. We charge a small fee for this and we will create your advertising banner for you. If you are interested in advertising with us please get in touch atcontact@cideals.com
